The Photovoltaic and Battery Storage division, under the Equans Solar & Storage brand, is a unique partner offering integrated, high-performance, large-scale solutions for solar & storage projects in France and internationally.

Your main responsibilities:
- Manage project site constraints (terrain, wetlands, flood zones, etc.)
- Design pre-construction layouts using AutoCAD (+PVcase, AddOn), Electrical Sizing Softwares (Cymcap, Etap), and assess Energy Production using PVsyst modelling Software
- Optimize project return by modifying design parameters: Electrical Architecture, Civil Design, etc....
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies
- Provide technical support for interconnection applications and EPC contracting
- Clearly communicate project status updates and reports
- Lead and mentor team members
Project location : Guyancourt (78)
The profile we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's preferred.
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical design coordination and development of large scale infrastructure projects (energy, transportation, others...) incl. control command and SCADA
- Expertise in electrical architecture sizing, AutoCAD drawings and design coordination
- Strong understanding of power plant design principles and associated electrical architecture
- Experience in value engineering for large scale projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in utility-scale solar projects (>50MWp) would be a bonus
